2. Double click on it to run it.
   
   
3. Pay attention to any firewall warnings like Norton or ZoneAlarm and make sure you allow the support tool to access the internet.
   
   
4. You will see a screen like the one bellow. Select the appropriate option as per discussion with engineer
   
   
5. Sit back and relax while we are fixing your pc.
